DOCUMENTED LIFE
One prime minister, different coalitions
The Swedish government records Fälldin’s first premiership beginning in 1976 and ending in 1978, followed by his return in 1979. The second tenure’s coalition changed from three parties to two in 1981; he left office in 1982.[1]
TRADITIONAL INTERPRETATION
Gui Water with Chen and Wei: boundaries for coordination
For 24 April 1926 the reference is 丙寅, 壬辰, 癸未. Gui Water suggests connection, Ren Water introduces related forces, and Chen and Wei Earth make boundaries and support more concrete. This frames a question about maintaining coordination, not a claim that Water makes someone political. The hour is unknown and coalition changes are not predetermined.
Connection within a coalition involves divided responsibilities, tolerated disagreement and decisions about continuing together. Water and Earth can keep flexibility beside rules. A changed cabinet list establishes a changed composition, not its full explanation. Reasons and consequences require particular policy evidence rather than an account invented from elements.
EDITORIAL REFLECTION
A coalition is not a once-for-all result
Treating a coalition as a single completed agreement obscures the work of maintaining it. These tenures and changes separate formation, adjustment and ending. Each stage needs its own assessment. Duration is not the only measure; the clarity of responsibilities after a change matters too, without implying that every departure is a personal failure.
