Privacy notice

NineHound operates this early-interest registration service for medical procurement intelligence.

What we collect

Your submitted email, company, business role, products, target markets and language, together with the submission time and consent record. Email, role, product interests and consent are required; the other fields are optional.

How we use and store it

We use your request to understand demand and contact you about relevant procurement information and the service. Cloudflare hosts the data and may process it outside your country. We do not sell your details, use advertising trackers or send your form to AI services.

Deleting your request

After submission, you receive a private management link. Save it to delete that submission at any time. Repeat submissions create separate records with separate links. Your request remains stored until you delete it through your private link or an administrator removes it when it is no longer needed. Automatic email delivery is not active.

Security and cookies

The team area uses an essential sign-in cookie. For abuse prevention, the server hashes an IP address with a secret and time window and briefly retains request counts. The public site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
