Method, sources & scope
Gregorian range: 1901–2099. Today follows Beijing time (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8), changing at civil midnight, 00:00. A date you select stays selected across midnight.
Lunar dates, stems and branches, solar terms, day officer and source activity lists use lunar-javascript 1.7.7 (MIT). Activity lists explicitly use getDayYi(1)/getDayJi(1), sect 1, on the civil date; this is not a personal BaZi chart. Original terms and special values are preserved. After six entries, the remainder can be expanded. PNG exports contain the full lists.
The Chinese edition has 366 original everyday entries mapped to Gregorian month and day, including February 29 (edition 2026-v1). Each month-day keeps its entry across years; there is no repeat within a calendar year. English currently retains the existing 24-prompt thematic collection; it is not a translation of the Chinese annual edition. Everyday prompts are separate from the traditional activity lists, not classical quotations or personal predictions. Traditional date selection does not guarantee real outcomes; practical circumstances still matter.
No account needed. Opening a page loads the almanac for the date in its URL; subsequent date changes and image creation run in your browser. Anonymous usage measurement does not record selected dates or almanac results.
