Product and term
NineHound’s Chinese-culture subscription provides fixed-term VIP access for cultural learning, tools and personal exploration. Public content and basic tools remain free. Current VIP features include AI deeper readings for BaZi, Zi Wei, relationship charts and I Ching, with saved account reports. Seven days means 7×24 hours; monthly and quarterly terms mean one or three calendar months; the annual term means twelve calendar months. Dates are clamped to the final day where needed. Exact access dates appear in your account.
Payment and renewal
PayPal checkout is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Early purchases are queued after existing access; each new allowance becomes available when its own term starts, rather than topping up the current term. Price and currency are displayed before payment; your payment provider may apply currency conversion. Membership is granted only after server-side payment confirmation.
Allowances and reports
Seven days includes 3 deep readings; monthly includes 15; quarterly includes 60; annual access includes 365. Allowances are available throughout their respective terms. All deeper-reading tools share the allowance. Unused allowances expire at the end of their term. Failed generations do not use an allowance. Saved reports can be reread after expiry. Earlier browser-based reports are not automatically imported.
Payment issues and refunds
For duplicate payment, missing access or failed delivery, contact 48662082@qq.com with your order ID. Never send passwords or payment secrets. Refunds are handled according to actual delivery, applicable rules and consumer rights. Refunded or reversed payments result in an adjustment to the access granted by that order.
Account and email
Use an email address you control and can verify. Membership belongs to your NineHound account, even if your PayPal email differs. Content emails are optional and can be unsubscribed without losing membership. Birth details and private readings are not included in marketing emails.
Member data and privacy
Local calculations in the free basic tools differ from member deeper readings. We keep your email, verification status, sign-in sessions and email preferences, and use Resend to send verification codes. When you request an AI deeper reading, the relevant birth details, chart and question are sent to our AI service providers for processing. Completed reports are stored encrypted on our servers and linked to your account for access across devices. Do not put payment-card details, identity numbers or unrelated sensitive information in your question.
PayPal processes payments. NineHound retains order, amount, currency, transaction identifiers and refund status needed to reconcile payments and membership, rather than full card details. Your member identity and reports are not included in public pages or marketing emails. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, contact 48662082@qq.com from your registered email. We will explain any transaction or dispute records that must be retained. Unsubscribing from content emails does not delete your account.
