A useful procurement lead needs a source, a stage, a time reference and delivery context. NineHound keeps those distinctions visible rather than treating every listing as a confirmed order.
Sources and evidence
We retain official buyer or procurement-platform URLs, notice references, source text and check dates. Public articles identify the evidence they use. Amendments within one procedure are not automatically counted as new opportunities.
Separate procurement stages
Plans indicate possible future demand. Consultations gather market input. Supplier qualification is not a purchase order. A published tender still requires review of eligibility, documents and current deadlines.
Read verification dates precisely
A field comparison shows whether the retrieved fields changed at the time of checking. It does not certify all attachments, eligibility rules or specifications. Publication dates and source-check dates are separate.
Translation and analysis
Chinese summaries retain notice references, quantities, currencies and original time zones. Summaries, full translations and editorial analysis are labelled separately. Undisclosed budgets, specifications and eligibility thresholds remain unknown.
Changes and coverage limits
A passed deadline requires checks for extensions, amendments or awards. An unavailable page does not establish cancellation. We do not claim complete worldwide coverage or present historical research counts as live market totals.
