A Mineral Rhythm

One amber bead changes the whole rhythm. Choose the sequence, one bead at a time.

Opening your little corner of the world…

A FIRST LOOK

A bracelet has a rhythm.

Choose one bead, change its material, and see the whole sequence answer.

A material for each bead

Choose a bead in the artwork or its numbered keyboard accessible button, then change its material. Apply material to every bead creates a uniform bracelet. The selected bead has a dotted outline; selecting alone does not count as a new creation.

An estimate with a stated model

For n equal beads of diameter d touching on a regular polygon, centre radius is d / (2 sin(π/n)). Estimated inner circumference is 2π(R − d/2). The bead train is n × d. These estimates exclude elasticity, holes, knot, gaps and wearing ease; physical samples are needed for fit.

Make a sequence worth keeping

Try 8–32 beads, 6–16 mm nominal diameter and six rendered material colours. The canvas keeps a consistent display size while its dimensions update in the estimate. All controls work with touch or keyboard, and the current canvas and title export locally as a 1200 × 1000 PNG.
