Poetry Paper

Words deserve a little room. Give yours ink, paper and a quiet margin.

Opening your little corner of the world…

A FIRST LOOK

Keep the words you mean.

Write your own lines, choose the reading direction and sign the page.

Your text stays yours

Write up to 240 characters and add a signature of up to 40. Up to 24 manual line breaks are preserved; further breaks become spaces. An optional button fills Wang Wei’s verified public-domain 鹿柴 in Chinese with its attribution. The page does not infer an author for your own words; if you rewrite the poem, adjust the signature. Your words stay locally in the current page.

Arrange the spaces

Vertical layout builds columns from right to left; horizontal layout respects line breaks and wraps by measured text width. Both reduce the type size as needed to keep the whole text inside the paper. Device fonts determine the final letterforms.

Paper, ink and a living margin

Fine paper fibres, a restrained botanical margin, an original brush and a small typographic mark form the frame. Save captures the actual rendered words, layout and signature. This is an original digital composition, not an authenticated historical manuscript.
