The Worry Clothesline

Some thoughts need a next step. Others need a little air.

Opening your little corner of the world…

A FIRST LOOK

Let one thought breathe.

Write it down, choose where it belongs, and give it one small next step.

Put one thought on one note

Write a short worry and choose its category yourself. You can add a next step, change a note, or take it down. Six notes is a practical space limit, not a measure of how much you should carry.

You choose the category

“I can act”, “Needs a conversation” and “Set aside for now” are ways to arrange your own thoughts. This tool does not infer your emotions, diagnose a condition or score your mental health.

Kept in page memory

The example is marked and disappears when you start your own line. Notes stay in this page’s memory and are not automatically saved. Refreshing clears your entries. The PNG contains the notes currently hanging on your line.
