What is this board ranking?
Signs are grouped by their traditional relationship to the selected lunar year’s Earthly Branch. Harmony groups appear first, unlisted or same-branch groups next, and the opposite branch last. Signs within a group are tied; the order is an editorial convention, not a measured luck score.
How should I use the themes?
Harmony suggests a theme of cooperation; a clash suggests preparing for change. These are traditional interpretations of a single branch relationship. A full reading also needs the birth chart and the actual situation. No probabilities, earnings or guaranteed events are inferred here.
Where do the relationships come from?
The six-harmony, three-harmony and opposing-branch patterns are discussed in San Ming Tong Hui, volume 2. This compact board does not calculate punishments, harms, transformations or the strength of a complete chart. Select the year explicitly; it refers to the lunar year beginning at Chinese New Year.
